- 1. At the end of training camp, if it's close, I'd keep youth over exp, goodbye doug gabriel, alvis whitted, tyler Brayton (unless he works out at DT), reshard lee.
2. If the money is available, try to get another starting linebacker quality player to compete with and backup Sam Williams and crew. and a Starting Tackle, ,like the guy in Cleveland who knows how to cut block.
3. Make sure that film watching and preparation are ingrained into every players head...it shocked me a couple of years ago to hear that jordan did not prepare against defenses by reviewing films of previous games.
