Hey Shipe, It's Steve from VA. It's been a long time, but I know I have got club level tix from you before. I got a buddy that wil be out there this weekend and was hoping to find 1 club level ticket for a decent price. Any thoughts? I put a post on the board here, but i mostly lurk these days, and dont know that many people personally. Any help would be appreciated.

Rob.... Have been a member of fans in black since it been around and was wondering if you could give me some information on Mecca. We are Raider Fans living in Kansas. To make a long story short my Dad worked for Boeing(Wichita Kansas) but he was working out of Castle Air Force Base near Mered Calif. (we lived there for three years) and ask if I wanted to go to a football game guess what it was in Oakland and of course he was a Big Chief Fan! When we walked out of that stadium (1968) I was hooked and have been a fan ever since! We now have a empty nest and can do some things we have wanted to for awhile and going to Mecca is one of them. Would appreciate any information you could help us with.

Thanks for the bump Shipe. The Russell/Grad issue it seems is black and white for some folks. Facts are facts and people can try to spin them any way they wish. I support whoever is in there and this week it's Frye.

Thanks for the rep Rob. The insanity of perceived value from "experts" not working for any NFL teams is comical and at times embarrassing for them. I was disappointed with the DHB selection at first, but I think it's what he Raiders wanted all along and I now can see why.

"I believe Reggie can't be judged until after year 5. Reggie is building this team believing he has a full 5 years because Mark says he does. His stated plan is to build through the draft and use the cap space to resign our own players. That is how dynasties are made, but it takes a LONG time.

Reggie is building for the long term. Long term is longer than 3 years and this year is realistically his first real draft. I am afraid between an empty stadium, a new Team President and other changes, Reggie, the pressures in year 3 (2014) will be heavy to start winning, he might not get a 4th or 5th year"

I think his plan can work. I've been complaining about constant change for a decade... Reggie looks to be ensuring that he's not going to get the time he needs to show if he can do his job effectively. When Reggie is fired after year 3 or 4, I will say that is a mistake as well... Change is the only constant.
